Job TitleBusiness Systems Support Analyst
What does a successful Business Systems Support Analyst do at Fiserv?As a successful Business Systems Support Analyst, you will be responsible for solving technology information systems problems by analyzing requirements, analyzing existing systems and recommending system controls and protocols.
What You Will Do
- Translate information between the business and technology functions of the organization
- Research system issues by analyzing data, working with system SME’s and running system queries
- Create user documentation for screens and reports as a part of design deliverables
- Analyze the overall business need, create business cases and then define the technical requirements
- Use planning, stakeholder analysis, risk assessment, organizational analysis and interface analysis to define user requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or a related field
- Three (3) years of progressively, responsible business design experience
- Experience in documenting business requirements and leading sessions with all types of audiences across an organization, business and technical
- Experience working with N-tiered applications and infrastructure
- At least three years of Project Management experience
- Per contractual obligations, must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a qualified United States Government security clearance, (e.g., US DOD Secret)
- Ability to explain and document ideas and technical terms clearly and concisely
- Experience with Agile software development concepts
- Software development background and technical writing experience
- Experience in creating and executing test plans
- Experience gathering business requirements with loan servicing systems
- A background in the financial industry, (and specifically within the student loan industry)
