We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Business Consultant to join our team working with renewable energy sources. We provide continuous maintenance services and constantly develop the system we deliver to meet customer needs. At the heart of our operations is the management of the origin, traceability, and implementation of bio-criteria for renewable energy sources, which vary according to different countries' legislation. 

Responsibilities

Your typical day involves advancing development projects, communicating with customers, designing system and software solutions, and various support tasks. Active identification of customer needs and responding to them are key in this role. The focus in this role is on providing strategic guidance around the domain. 

You have a strong understanding of business and system environment, leading to demanding consulting and expert tasks at the customer interface (supported by your own team). 

You introduce changes/innovations to the system and can directly propose solution alternatives, as well as guide the customer to the right solutions when necessary. 

You act as the team's "knowledge bank" internally and assist developers in daily problem-solving and technical questions. 

You support the Product Owner and Technical Architect in their tasks through strong substantive and system knowledge. 

You assist our team in demanding maintenance tasks.

• Excellent communication skills: Both in Finnish and English. You can effectively convey messages to different stakeholders. 
• Solution-oriented attitude: You actively seek solutions to problems and are willing to present creative ideas. 
• Team player skills: We value the ability to work in a team, making decisions in collaboration with others. 
• Courage to communicate: You are willing to communicate boldly with customers and enjoy customer interface. 
• Interest in sustainable development: You have an interest and/or experience in the field of sustainable development and are willing to learn more. 
• Ability to grasp the big picture: You can understand large entities and integrate new functionalities into existing architecture.
