Positions available for a self starting, self managing, motivated individual to lead a utility team in the installation of water, sewer, storm, and conduit systems. We are requesting that applicants have a minimum of 2 years experience. This is a working foreman position and will be expected to work hands on with your crew. Foremen are expected to have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to manage all aspects of utilities such as conduit, water, sewer and storm drain.
• Must work with assigned Superintendent to ensure schedule is met.
• Complete supervision and responsibility for the job site field operations, including daily production, cost, safety, organization, labor and subcontractor management.
• Plan construction projects by studying plans, coordinating with Project Superintendent, Project Manager and Logistics Coordinator.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and applying SEH policies and procedures; complying with OSHA regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Foreman in Utilities. 2 year (Required)
• Preparing work plans. 1 year (Required)
• Communicate with customers and employees. 1 year (Required)
• Scheduling and Directing work crews. 1 year (Required)
• Strong knowledge of plan specifications and OSHA Requirements. 2 years (Required)
• Proficient with lasers, transits, deep excavation. 1 year (Required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail 2 years (Required)

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
