We are looking for a Process Engineer II to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex Process Engineer, you’ll ensure plant processes, equipment and procedures are improved through process experiments and monitored production activity. You'll be responsible for the optimal operation of manufacturing lines and equipment, and you will follow up, recommend and implement new processes and equipment based on evidence. This role is key member of our Engineering team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises: Up to five contractors and up to 20 Process Technicians indirectly.
EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree in engineering and 5 years of experience in manufacturing and a working knowledge of problem-solving techniques is required for this role. If you’re a strategic thinker with superior analytical and problem-solving skills, able to organize and inspire a wide variety of personalities and disciplines and are comfortable embracing change and the ability to pivot with positive energy, we want to hear from you!
