Hot Paws Pet Resort is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Fernandina Beach, FL

Hot Paws Pet Resort is looking to add a new member to the team! We are looking for someone who is outgoing, tech-savvy, friendly with customers, time-efficient, punctual, a good multitasker, can complete tasks correctly and on time and someone who loves dogs.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will:

· Input data for up to 100 dogs and customers a day

· Input data for medication and feeding instructions

· Book appointments for new and current clients

· Collect grooming instructions and notes

· Answer incoming phone calls and emails

· Update and file customer charts, and enter data into a computerized billing program

· Keep the front restroom clean and tidy for guests and employees

· Must keep the front office clean, tidy, and smelling great at all times.

· Transport animals to and from the facility.

· Handle a cash drawer

· Call customers daily

Our staff hours are:

Monday to Friday - 6:20am to 5:45 pm and 8:20pm to 9:30 pm

Saturday - 6:50 am to 1:00 p and 6:20 pm to 8:30 pm

Sunday - 6:50 am to 12:00 p and 6:20 pm to 8:30 pm

Our starting rate for training is $14/hour. Once training is completed, tips are added in. Leadership positions available. Rotating weekend shifts are required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
