Real Property Group is Hiring a Property Manager Near Ferguson, MO

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate administration, property leasing, and customer relationship management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our properties and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations

- Conduct property tours and show available units to potential tenants

- Process rental applications and perform background checks on prospective tenants

- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals

- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment from tenants

- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure prompt resolution

- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of property-related financial transactions and expenses

- Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and regulations

Skills:

- Proficient in Appfolio or similar property management software

- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures

- Excellent contract negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors

- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
