Talent Acquisition Manager - Temporary Position

A versatile player and coach with a passion for talent. They efficiently fill open positions with top talent while also managing the talent acquisition function

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders and HR teammates to manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Lead team recruiting efforts from start to finish, ensuring successful hiring outcomes.
  • Optimize recruiting processes and develop strategies for efficiency and attraction.
  • Represent at career fairs, university events, and community gatherings to identify and attract top talent.
  • Cultivate a strong employment brand that aligns with company marketing.
  • Analyze Talent Acquisition data to identify trends and improve strategies.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition budget and third-party relationships.
  • Champion continuous improvement and strategic project delivery.

Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience: 8 or more years in Talent Acquisition and at least 2 years in the role of senior recruiter
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to align talent acquisition strategy with company culture, business priorities, and strategies. Proficiency in ATS and career/sourcing tools
  • Management: Experience handling multiple openings across various levels and locations, supporting multiple hiring managers.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship Management: Proven senior-level relationship management and coaching abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex growth organization.
  • Leadership: Capability to oversee a functional area while actively contributing to results.
