Job Description
- Promptly greet customers and answers incoming telephone within two rings. Direct customer calls to appropriate associate via line transfer or paging system.
- Maintains a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times with visitors, co-workers, and customers.
- Cashier all service RO’s for customers who are picking up their vehicles.
- Manage incoming and outgoing loaner vehicles.
- Schedule Service appointments from all platforms (calls, emails, online, ect)
- Make outgoing phone calls to follow-up on Service appointments and confirm appointments.
- Provide Customers with updates on the repair status of their vehicle.
- Work and communicate effectively with others by valuing and practicing teamwork at all times.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by business need.
- Job Requirements
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with others by valuing teamwork, listening, speaking, and writing effectively.
- Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to achieve high standards by focusing on customer satisfaction, working efficiently, and displaying professionalism with integrity.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
