F-Dub Services Inc. is Hiring a Security Patrol Officer Near Federal Way, WA
Duties:
- Vehicle Patrol Officers are assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises. - Vehicle Patrol Officers are to observe conditions on the grounds in remote areas, parking lots and the perimeter of the grounds.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
- Conduct investigations and gather evidence for incidents or crimes that occur on the premises.
- Enforce laws, rules, and regulations to maintain order and prevent criminal activity.
- In a professional manner, must be able to remove trespassers from the premises.
- Provide assistance to the public, including directing traffic and responding to inquiries.
- Write detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken.
- Present a professional image. Carry yourself in a dignified manner and be both courteous and responsive in your dealings with individuals.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Driving record without any violations within the last 5 years.
- Unarmed Security Guard License or must be able to obtain an Unarmed Security Guard License.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Prior experience in security is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of CPR, first aid, and other emergency response procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
