We are a childcare center that has been serving the Fayetteville area and surrounding communities for many years. We serve children ranging from birth to 12 years-old in a variety of programs. Our facility offers fulltime care in age-appropriate classroom settings to assist children in reaching milestones. Several classrooms include Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, Before and After School, and Summer Camp. We are seeking qualified individuals, who are business minded, innovative, self-starting, team building, creative, strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, dependable, and flexible.
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and values.
- Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with parents and stakeholders to address any concerns and maintain open communication.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and certifications, such as CPR, First Aid, and Early Childhood Education standards.
SALARY
$15.00 TO $20.00 Hourly
