Washington Regional is Hiring a Marketing Communications Manager Near Fayetteville, AR
Essential Position Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and refine communications that tell Washington Regional’s story while aligning with the organization’s mission, brand, and strategic marketing plan
- Work in collaboration with the marketing and communications team, internal stakeholders and vendors to create brand awareness, promote key service lines and projects, and drive patient and employee engagement
- Serve as a creative storyteller writing, editing, and modifying content for multiple audiences that will be used for the organization’s website and other online platforms, collateral, letters, reports, press releases, advertising, etc.
- Communicate complex subjects in an easily understood manner for internal and external audiences
- Other duties as assigned
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field required
- Licensure/Certification: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
- Experience: Minimum five years of experience in a technical writing, marketing or communications role. Health care experience preferred.
- Skills: Must demonstrate effective communication skills that result in positive and productive collaborations. Must practice sound judgement and have proven writing, organizational, planning, project management, time management, customer service skills and technical writing experience. The ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information is essential. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team and multi-task
- in a fast-paced environment. Must be fluent in personal computing software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
