```Job Summary```
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Custodian to join our team. As the Custodian, you will be responsible for the custodial operations and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong cleaning skills and attention to detail.

```Duties```
- Perform custodial tasks, including floor care, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, offices and courtrooms and maintaining various areas of the facility.

-Exterior grounds maintenance of property.

-Working Noon till 6pm M-F.

-Paid Federal holidays, 401K, Insurance offered or paid as salary. Union job.

_Must be able to work independently.

-Must be able to pass a GSA Government background check.

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and tenants.
- Knowledge of commercial office cleaning practices is a plus
