    This position is responsible for providing professional development, coaching, and support to educators to improve instructional practices and student learning outcomes in IU1 campus schools and school district programs. This position assists in fostering a culture of continuous improvement by supporting educators in implementing evidence-based instructional strategies and personalized learning approaches. This position will spend the majority of their time in the classroom with teachers, modeling, observing, and co-teaching.
    This position requires PDE Level II Certification and Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field. Master's Degree is preferred.
    The salary for this position is in accordance with the professional collective bargaining agreement.
