**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing building systems, leading maintenance teams, and ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and safety protocols

- Supervise maintenance contractors to ensure all work is carried out effectively

- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory related to facility maintenance

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems

- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, installations, and maintenance services

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on building systems maintenance

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate teams

- Knowledge of electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage applications

- Proficiency in mechanical systems and maintenance management practices

- Familiarity with maintaining various equipment and machinery within a facility
