Role Purpose: Support the finance team with month end, quarter, yearend close and consolidation.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Report to the manager on the daily operations of the accounting department including:
  • month and end-year process
  • general ledger, balance sheet account reconciliation
  • Audit requirements and
  • Consolidation
  • Analyze department wise accounting data and produce financial reports and statements.
  • Assist the team in maintaining proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
  • Assist the Manager in the annual audits.
  • Document all closing and consolidation related procedures.
  • Perform Adhoc project assigned by the manager and other team lead.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Other Significant Role Requirements:
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting and reporting software, including advanced excel skills.
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work as a team.
  • Prior consolidation experience is preferred.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Supervision: No

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required
  • 3 years’ experience in accounting
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • Experience with financial systems and implementations: OneStream (Company EPM tool) and CSI 10 (ERP System) a plus
