Job Summary:We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Production Trainer to join our team. The Production Trainer will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of production team members to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Assess training needs within the production department and develop training programs to address gaps.
- Conduct training sessions for production team members, both new hires and existing staff, on various aspects of production processes and procedures.
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia visual aids.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify specific skill requirements and performance standards for each job role.
- Provide hands-on training in areas such as machine operation, safety protocols, quality control, and production efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes and training methods.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements relevant to production operations.
- Work closely with supervisors and team leaders to address performance issues and implement corrective action plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the production team.
- Proven experience in production operations, with a focus on training and development.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Experience with both classroom and hands-on training methods.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols within a manufacturing environment.
