You get to make a difference in the life of another person! We provide homes to individuals (male and female) who have a diagnosis of mental illness or developmental disability. This position is not only rewarding but it is FUN!
Our individuals enjoy going to movies, fairs, demolition derby's, festivals, fishing, visiting state parks just to name a few. As part of the Our Homes South team YOU would be able to accompany our individuals on these events also.
No experience is necessary! We provide all of the training to set YOU up for success working as a Resident Counselor (DSP) with Our Homes South, Inc.
We currently have evening positions available in Faribault and Medford.
We offer a competitive starting wage and full benefit package!
You must be able to pass a background study with the MN Department of Health, have a valid drivers license and be at least 18.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
