We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Power Apps Developer. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation and approaches complex business scenarios with creativity, resourcefulness, and professionalism. Demonstrated experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate will be necessary for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing Model-driven and Canvas Apps in Power Apps.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions via Power Platform and AI platforms to create innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Installation and configuration of data gateways.
• Development of Azure logic apps, functions, and Power BI development.
• Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
• Assist with creating technical roadmap in alignment with strategy of the business.
• Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
• Apply data, insights, and analytics to solve business problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document business requirements and technical specifications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor, track, and report results showing impact on identified projects, objectives, service standards, expected customer experience, and/or expected outcomes.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
• Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
• Ability to influence and work with extended teams inside and outside the client’s organization.
• Provide regular communication to project stakeholders, executives, and senior management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of high-tech industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or demonstrated experience.
• Experience with Power Platform, Azure Dev Ops, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and .NET preferred.
• Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources.
• Expertise in understanding business processes and defining business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis, process design, and modeling.
• Experience developing and delivering training, including best practices documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage business relationships across teams.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment.
