Fargo Detailing is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functions of our detailing shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our customers. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our business in the vibrant community of Fargo, ND/ Moorhead, MN.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of the detailing shop's operations, including scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and customer service.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of detailing technicians, ensuring that they consistently meet performance standards and deliver exceptional results.

3. Customer Experience: Maintain a customer-centric approach by ensuring that all customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

4. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all detailing services meet the highest standards of excellence.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of detailing supplies and equipment, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.

6. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean working environment for employees and customers.

7. Financial Management: Assist in budget planning and management, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

8. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the automotive or detailing industry.

2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications.

6. Knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.
