The Schedule (30 Hours)

Thursday - Saturday 10:00pm – 8:00am

Responsibilities:
- Provide Unarmed Security Officer/Concierge services to protect the clients property, and its assets.
- Conduct limited patrols and post at the main desk to provide access control, visitor assistance, detect, report and deter unauthorized activities.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity from within the property.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Access Control.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed.

Requirements:
- Must have a Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Officer registration.
- Previous Security experience is a must.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to walk and sit for limited periods of time.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening

Notes:

- Must have a Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Officer registration at time of interview.

- The client may fluctuate the schedule from time to time to adjust services as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.00 per week
