RequirementsProblem Analysis and Solution Identification:
- Analyzing user business problems to identify potential automated system solutions.
- Formulating and defining the scope and objectives of information systems through research, analysis, testing, and fact-finding.
- Having a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements to effectively address user needs.
- Analyze system capabilities to resolve input/output problems.
- Preparing clear and concise communications.
- Making presentations to recommend system enhancements or alternatives.
- Functional expert for the application suite, providing insights and expertise to customers and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS YOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 9 years of relevant experience.
- Secret Clearance
- IAT LVL II Certification (i.e. CompTIA Sec )
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with minimal direction.
- Experience with SDDC’s Integrated Booking System (IBS).
- Experience in other USTRANSCOM/SDDC business systems.
- Advanced degree
