Behavior Advocacy is seeking for a BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Fallbrook, CA ! This role is NOT Remote. In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide in-home Behavior Analytic services and create individualized treatment plans.; as well as provide Parent Trainings for families. This role is initially PART-TIME (3-6 hours per week).
***Must hold a current BCBA Certifcation

- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted BCBA Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (if not current, Behavior Advocacy will assist with renewal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to tolerate frequent feedback and communication
