Job Summary
Behavior Advocacy is seeking for a BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. This role is initially PART-TIME.

Responsibilities
  • Perform intakes and assessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
  • Perform regular wellness checks
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
  • Current and unrestricted BCBA Certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (if not current, Behavior Advocacy will assist with renewal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to tolerate frequent feedback and communication
