Responsibilities include overseeing day-today activities in the facility, assisting with special events, and leading the evening team.

Assist with staff management:

• Supervise staff to ensure daily needs of the facility are being met
• Review daily schedule and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure the facility is kept in a clean and operational manner throughout the day.
• Work special events and tournaments.
• Ideal candidate is responsible, reliable, has excellent oral/written communication skills, and has proven ability in conflict-resolution situations.

This position rotates every other weekend, and at least 2-3 evenings per week. Evening hours are 4pm-10:30pm.

Qualifications:

• At least (1) year of managing a reception desk or sales team
• Proven ability to manage in a quickly changing environment and make quick decisions that will benefit the business
• Willing to be on the front lines, helping the team as needed including cleaning, answering the phones, and managing customers
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work with minimal supervision, and complete work in a timely manner.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
