- Make frequent rounds to monitor resident/patient conditions and to ensure nursing personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
- Based on rounds and resident conditions, complete assessments as needed.
- Evaluate the daily staffing needs and assignments and make suggestions if needed.
- Ensure all reports and forms are completed as required and participate in care plan meetings as requested.
- Must be fully licensed through the state as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in RN work
