Main Body of Text:

Position: Landscaping and Lawn Care Team Member

Compensation: $17-$22 per hour, bonuses and profit sharing

$500 Sign on Bonus after 90 days (Employee must be in good standing with no unexcused absences)

$150 Work boot reimbursement

$100 gas card every month for perfect attendance!

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm

Uniform and boot reimbursement.

Join our growing Team! Our Pay-for-Performance system is great for high achievers. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you can make. You will have a base pay of $17/hr PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $20-22/hr.

Requirements:

--Team Player

--Reliable Transportation, Valid Drivers License, Smartphone

--Able to Pass Background Check and Drug Test

--Clean Driving Record

--Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor

--1 Year of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company (Preferred) this is not necessary if you are willing to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
