At the Nth Cycle, we see the path forward. We believe all the critical minerals needed for the energy transition are already in circulation today.

We just didn’t have a clean, profitable way of retrieving them, until now.

Nth Cycle is a metal processing technology company. Our electro-extraction technology helps recyclers and miners capture more critical minerals for use in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, among other things dramatically reducing costs and emissions.

We are the heart of metal processing; we are the crucial step that profitably separates critical minerals from other elements, transforming them into production-grade feedstocks for the energy transition.

Position description.

The Operator I will assist in all plant operations including batching, process control, quality control, inventory control, shipping and receiving, plant cleanup, equipment cleaning, minor maintenance, facilities management, and other duties as directed by management.

• Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Manage production of a Mixed Hydroxide Product (MHP) within specifications.
• Monitor and adjust processes to maintain the quality and quantity required.
• Perform various quality control functions and tests.
• Keep plants and grounds clean and organized.
• Perform and assist with various plant maintenance tasks such as greasing, minor machine adjustments, and plant system checks.
• Use plant control system to monitor and adjust processes.
• Unload bulk tanker trucks.
• Process daily paperwork as required.
• Implement and support company safety and environmental programs.
• Check and approve wastewater for discharge to the public system (POTW).
• Operate forklift as necessary (loading and unloading trucks, in-plant movement).
• Create and implement plant improvement ideas in concert with management.
• Lead by example in safety, Nth Cycle culture, respect, team-building, etc.

Qualifications and experience.

• Ability to learn forklift operation.
• Chemical plant manufacturing experience is required.
• Work with other company personnel, suppliers, truckers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense and safety to vague instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Apply knowledge of mechanical functions of various components and equipment including electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, compressed air, plant equipment, water systems, and computerized machine control equipment.
• Keep accurate and legible paperwork and computer files.
