2nd Shift Maintenance Tech

A well-established manufacturing company in Fairfield, OH who is looking for someone to hire after the temp-to-hire phase.

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for ensuring the building and machines are kept in working order and make any necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.

Position Details :

Seeking candidates for a manufacturing company needing a 2nd shift Maintenance Tech.

This is a 2nd shift position from 7 PM-4 : 45 AM, Mon-Friday with the potential for overtime and a starting pay of $19.50-$24 / hr based on experience.

Responsibilities :

Maintain the maintenance of electrical systems.

Troubleshoot and repair & replace - gearboxes, belts, bearings, bushings, etc.

Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Maintain, research, and develop parts and machines to help efficiency of the plant.

Build and modify from plans and blueprints.

Requirements :

1 to 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Able to lift 75 lbs. & must be able to operate in repetitive motions.

Ability to stand for the entire shift, usually 8 to 10 hours.

Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, stooping & kneeling.

Trainable & willing to learn.
