Bell Moving and Storage, agent for Wheaton Worldwide Moving, is currently seeking an inside sales representative/relocation consultant. (Household Goods Moving and Storage)

Position: Relocation Consultant (Inside sales)

Location: Greater Cincinnati market (Hybrid)

Essential Functions And Duties

• Conduct phone and virtual surveys of customer's home or office and provide relocation consultation to customer 
• Provide accurate estimate and close business on assigned leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals set by management
• Provide general sales support
• National Account Management
• Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for operations
• Diligently follow up on all leads and attempt to close all pending customers
• Coordinate local moves with operations after they have been booked
• Participate in weekly sales meetings, prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals

• Ability to operate an iPad, laptop and desktop computer

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree and moving and storage industry, real estate, or sales experience strongly preferred. High School diploma and or GED is required.
• Within 30 days of hiring, employee would be required to complete AMSA Certified Move Consultant certification (paid for by company)
