Path Engineering is Hiring a Manufacturing Manager Near Fairfield, CA
As a Manufacturing Manager (also known as Production Manager, Operations Manager), you'll oversee all parts and prepreg manufacturing operations, tool fabrication, and parts program management activities. You will work closely with various teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and be responsible for safety, quality, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
Benefits- Competitive salary range of $115,000 - $145,000 depending on experience.

- Minimum of three to five years of manufacturing management experience.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in either engineering or business administration.
- Familiarity with computerized inventory control and scheduling systems.
- Experience in a build to print and build to specification environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience managing teams of 10 or more people and able to demonstrate engagement, adaptability and coaching skills.
- Knowledge and/or experience with raw materials production.
- Regulatory compliance knowledge such as OSHA, ISO, and GMP.
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Zoom, Outlook, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365 etc.)
- Financial responsibilities (SOP's, development, planning, cost management)
