Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Promote sales by offering additional products or services.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a cashier or sales role preferred.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with wireless sales or jewelry sales is desirable.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous retail sales experience is beneficial.
