The Property Manager will oversee and manage daily operations of all tenant occupied properties owned by Partnership HealthPlan of California. This includes the coordination of building maintenance and repairs, tenant issues, rent collection and all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 10 (ten) years’ experience in realestate/sales or property management required. Certification as aProperty Manager required. Valid real estate agent preferred.
Special Skills, Licenses and Certifications
Working knowledge of MS Windows. Knowledge of MS Word,Publisher, Excel, Visio, and office management software preferred.Typing 40 wpm. Valid California driver’s license and proof of currentautomobile insurance compliant with Partnership policy are required tooperate a vehicle and travel for company business. Bilingual skills inSpanish, Russian or Tagalog may be preferred. Familiarity withapplicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Performance Based Competencies
Proficient in communicating effectively, reading and followinginstructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills with ability towork on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. Mustmaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with tact anddiplomacy. Good grasp of grammar and letter writing skills a must.
Work Environment And Physical Demands
Ability to use a computer keyboard. More than 40% of work time maybe spent in front of a computer monitor. When required, ability tomove, carry, or lift objects of varying sizes, weighing up to 25 lbs.Able to travel occasionally to various Partnership owned buildings.
