Restoration Academy is a private, Christian school (K-12) in Fairfield, Alabama serving 370 students annually. Restoration Academy seeks to hire a Volleyball Coach for the 2024-25 school year who views this as a vocational ministry. We are looking for someone to join our team that:

• Works well with others and enjoys the process of collaboration
• Desires to be a lifelong learner
• Has experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity
• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and staff

Duties Include:

• Develop and implement practice plans that focus on skill development, strategy, and teamwork
• Provide instruction on proper techniques, rules, and game strategies
• Organize and lead team practices, drills, and scrimmages
• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Create a positive and supportive environment that encourages sportsmanship and teamwork
• Coordinate and schedule games, tournaments, and other team activities
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaches
• Ensure the safety of all players during practices and games
