This is a direct hire/permanent position.
Northern Virginia $ 5MM heating and air conditioning company seeks hands on Accountant to be responsible for accounting and finance functions.
- Must have strong Quickbooks experience.
- Candidate must be leader who can hit the ground running. Responsibilities include financial statements, budgets, analysis, credit card service contracts, payroll, etc.
- The right person must be self-motivated, a go getter and able to work well in a team environment.
Experience and Education
- BS Accounting preferred but equivalent work experience is acceptable.
- Construction or HVAC or Service Titan (CRM) experience a plus.

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications - Potential for performance-based bonus pay.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
