Position Overview : As a School Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in creating a positive and productive learning environment.

Job Description : In this role, you will assist teachers in implementing lesson plans, providing one-on-one or small group support to students, and helping maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities :

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, reinforcing lessons and helping with assignments.
• Support students with special needs, following individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials as necessary.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
• Help prepare instructional materials and resources.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students educational growth.
