What does the Custodial Lead do?
The Janitorial Lead is responsible for performing custodial duties, supervision of custodial crew(s), scheduling of custodial crew(s) minor maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure that the facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
Maintain storage areas and cleaned equipment, materials, and supplies in a safe and orderly manner in order to ensure the safety of staff and the public.
The custodial personnel report to the Lead Project Manager and / or Assistant Project Manager.
