**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, quality control, and supervising construction activities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and quality control measures
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of construction plans
- Utilize construction management software such as Contractor Foreman, ProCore, and HeavyBid for project tracking
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project efficiency
- Oversee construction estimating and budgeting processes
- Implement effective contract management practices
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Proficiency in using construction management software like Contractor Foreman, ProCore, and HeavyBid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management
