Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment construction, fabricating, and operating sewing machines in a warehouse setting.

Duties:
- Cut & Sew carpets and rugs to specifications
- Operate and maintain sewing machines and related tools
- Hand sew rugs that need repair (fringes, side cords, etc)
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Experience:
- Proven experience in sewing
- Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their characteristics
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Pay: $20.68 - $24.90 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
