Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth Department: Pharmacy Shift: Second Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 36 Summary: The Clinical Pharmacist provides professional pharmaceutical services in the inpatient setting to patients, healthcare providers, and hospital staff. This is a 7 on/7 off evening position, primarily based in Emergency Medicine, with cross training to intensive care units to support patient care needs. Our Emergency Department is a 78 bed, level II trauma center with over 130,000 visits per year. We provide comprehensive, 24/7 pharmacy services through a team of clinical pharmacists, clinical technicians, and student pharmacists. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited ACPE school of pharmacy PGY1 residency accredited by the American Society for Health-System Pharmacy or 2 years’ commensurate pharmacist experience in a health-system.
