Bachoco OK Foods is Hiring a Maintenance Superintendent Near Fort Smith, AR
- Directs maintenance departments for both slaughter and debone plants.
- Performs administrative duties in preparing and analyzing reports for maintenance.
- Holds maintenance supervisors accountable for hourly maintenance personnel and maintenance downtime.
- Manages the learning and training of subordinates to continually improve their knowledge and skills.
- Maintains close and effective working relationships with production, quality control, and USDA.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Must pass a background investigation.
- This is a safety-sensitive position.
