Days Inn Springs Resort is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Fort Myers, FL
- Outdoor Property - Front Desk has to do property walks every other hour
- Report to upper management throughout the day
- Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
- Accommodate guest requests
- Communicating and checking with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
- Up selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
- Handling cash and card payments
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
- Answer the phone and direct the call
- Take reservations on the phone
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
