What does success look like in this position :

We are looking for a Delivery Driver to deliver orders to our customers with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service.

Some of what you'll be doing :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Accountable for delivering orders safely, accurately, and timely.

• Loads, unloads and prepares parcels with proper packaging and branding.
• Verifies order details and inspects merchandise for condition and accuracy, following company procedures and branding protocols.
• Adheres to routes and time schedules.
• Collects payments.
• Completes logs and reports.
• Adheres to and promotes a safe work environment in compliance with safety guidelines as well as company policies and procedures.
• Promotes and participates in training activities to expand knowledge base on Health and Safety and product lines.
• Committed to maintaining attendance and punctuality to effectively meet the departmental goals. Performs additional related duties as needed.

What you'll bring to the table :

Qualifications* High School Degree or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.

• At least 21 years of age
• Three or more years of related experience; preferred industry experience.
• Valid Professional Drivers License with clean record.
• Excellent driving skills and customer service.
• Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift up to 80lbs.
• Forklift / warehouse equipment operation experience preferred, OSHA certification a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice to have :

• Customer-centric, problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and others.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• This is a physical, fast paced, outdoor position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages weighing between 5lbs-80lbs.
• The incumbent is routinely required to drive, sit, stand, walk, lift, touch, see, and hear.
• The incumbent must continually lift or move up to 80 pounds, and must be able to use material moving equipment such as hand carts, dollies, or forklifts and company vehicle.
