Join the "A" Team at Michigan Auto Law
This position is for an opening on my team for an entry-level litigator/trial attorney. This is NOT a general post for any warm body. Just last year, Richard and I obtained a record jury verdict in Clinton County for $14.2 Million. We are looking to add another trial attorney (or aspiring trial attorney) to our team who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and throw some haymakers.
Role Description: This is not a behind the scenes position. You will be meeting with clients, taking depositions, writing motions and responses, attending vehicle and premises inspections, attending court hearing, writing summaries, going to jury trial, etc.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Michigan 1P and 3P Auto Law and Premises
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in personal injury cases is a plus - even from the defense side
- Excellent Negotiation skills a must
- Comfortable working in a very busy and productive litigation practice
- Licensed in Michigan required
Compensation: Salary annual bonus; however, that depends on actual experience, not just years in practice.
