- Enter and manage work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and mentor team/shift leads, providing guidance and support.
- Apply knowledge of 8D and 5 Why methodologies to address and solve production issues.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols within a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and manage a team effectively.
- Comfortable being the primary leader on site when required.
