Job Overview:
We are seeking contract social workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about adoption and experienced in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of adoption applicants in their home, in the office, and via zoom
- Provide support to prospective adoptive parents completing a home study, home study update, or post placement supervision
- Coordinate documents necessary for adoption home studies and post placement reports
- Complete written home study and post placement reports in a professional and efficient manner

- Work with biological families considering adoption or making an adoption plan for their child with compassionate counseling, case management, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, MSW preferred
-Experience with adoption home studies and post placement supervision and/or experience with biological families considering an adoption plan for their child
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently
- Strong writing skills
