We are looking for outgoing Assistant Manager/ Leasing Agent to assist Property Manager with various duties including but not limited to tours, lease paperwork, resident retention.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of leasing- Answering phones, Meet/greet prospects, showing the property/apartments
• Follow up on all traffic
• Process applications
• Manage lease packets/ lease signings/move ins
• Maintain accurate and updated resident records
• Take/submit work orders for residents
• Assist Property Manager when needed
• Adhere and know all related Federal, State, and local laws as well as all policies and procedures issued by Management company

Skills

• Proven working experience as leasing agent
• Working knowledge of leasing practices
• Up to date with property market status
• MS Office/Computer knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Experience level:

• 2 years

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Excelsior, MN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
