128th Billiards & Sports Bar is a Lively Sports Bar and Pool Hall located in Everett, WA. 128th Billards is a bar for every sports lover. A place full of high spirits and loud cheers, with booze, buzz and vibe!

Overview:

Join our team as a Bartender at our vibrant establishment. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for mixology and customer service to create memorable experiences for our patrons.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment

- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age

- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using POS systems

- Upsell additional items to customers

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Experience:

- Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred

- Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes preferred

- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory management

- Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines in the food industry

- Experience in sales or up-selling techniques is beneficial

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
