Location: Everett, WA

Pay Rate: $70-80/hour, based on experience

Schedule/Shift: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6:30pm

Duration: Open-ended contract / long-term contract

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing service to employees with injuries and/or illnesses, including emergency and urgent care.
• Administer treatment, medication, and immunizations, and perform assessments within established limits and guidelines.
• Ensure efficient patient flow patterns within the clinic setting, promoting a sense of urgency.
• Direct and advise medical assistants in patient care.
• Refer cases requiring medical attention to appropriate healthcare providers.
• Interpret medical procedures and practices to address questions regarding nursing assessment, treatment, and triage.
• Identify and refer employees with critical test results or urgent healthcare needs for immediate attention.

Work Environment: This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 4-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Hold an active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Washington State.
• Possess a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience delivering occupational health care.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing by the American Board for Occupational Health Nurses and/or certification in Case Management by the Commission for Case Manager Certification.
