Madison Post Acute is looking for an experienced professional to lead our team as an Administrator. This role will be a vital part of our Skilled Nursing operations and provide support and guidance to our incredible residents and staff.
Our Nursing Home Administrator:
· Plans, develops, organizes, and directs Quality Assurance performance improvement.
· Plans, modifies, and maintains the HIPAA Compliance Program as our Compliance Officer.
· Reviews insurance plans, 401k plans, invoices, and P & L statements.
· prepares daily census reports.
· Interprets the facilities policies and procedures to team members, residents, their visitors and family, and government agencies.
· Reviews accidents, and incidents, and makes recommendations for resident safety programs.
· Develops, maintains, inputs, and transmits data to government entities as needed in accordance with state and federal requirements.
· Other duties as assigned.
What you will need to succeed!
· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration, or other related fields.
· A valid Washington State Nursing Home Administrator’s (NHA) license, in good standing.
· 3 or more years of experience in administering skilled nursing facilities.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proficiency in computer programs including the MS Office suite of products.
· Ability to effectively work independently as well as in a team environment.
