Webster Dental Care of Evanston is Hiring a Dental Assistant Needed Near Evanston, IL

Overview:

Our Evanston office is looking for an upbeat, reliable and friendly dental assistant to join our fantastic team! We're open to training the right candidate who brings the right attitude and personality.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare patients for dental work and ensure their comfort
- Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs of patients
- Provide post-operative instructions prescribed by the dentist
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
- Perform infection control procedures to maintain a clean and sterile environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in dental assisting or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental software
- Knowledge of dental assisting procedures.
- Familiarity with infection control protocols in a dental setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Hours of Operation:

Mon-Wed 8am to 5 pm

Thu 10am to 7pm

Alternating Fridays and Saturdays 8am to 12 or 2 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
